Due to very limited seating and the personalized nature of our business, we request that you cancel at least 7 days before a scheduled class or event.
This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online.
If you have to cancel your class and do so before the 7 days, we will post a credit to your account, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards future training. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 7 days, you will lose the payment for the class.
When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
